Estranged wife of high-profile free speech academic ‘stole £12,000 from company run by lover who was 28 years her senior’

Cynthia Tooley, 42, who is going through a ‘toxic’ divorce from James Tooley, 65,  is accused of stealing the money from a cosmetic firm she worked for set up by Ian Clayton-Smith, 70, who she dated.
