Shocking moment man stalks woman as she walks with groceries before tearing phone from her hands – as snatchers plague residential streets

In a clip caught on CCTV the woman can be seen making her way home in with a man following close behind her. The thug then wrestles the phone out of her hand, shoving her to the ground.
