It states she was forced to the ground by gunpoint, then forced into her home and eventually tied up with pieces of clothing in her bedroom.’MOST RUTHLESS’ MEXICAN CARTELS OPERATE IN ALL 50 STATES, BRING TURF WARS TO US: DEAShe told police that the men spoke Spanish and used Google Translate to communicate with her, threatening to cut off her fingers if she didn’t tell them the location of her safe.

She made it several minutes before making her way to the neighbor’s house, where she called the police. The affidavit says the woman still had some of the clothing tied to her, and that she refused transport to a hospital for medical observation.Investigators say the woman’s house was ransacked and that Hernandez-Hernandez’s fingerprints were identified from the wooden box which contained the coins. The woman was shown a lineup of men but told police she didn’t remember any of their faces.BLOODTHIRSTY VENEZUELAN STREET GANG SPARKS FEAR IN US AMID MIGRANT SURGE: WHAT TO KNOWPolice found video footage a few days later showing a possible suspect’s vehicle and two unknown suspects approaching the woman’s garage about the same time of the purported incident.News of the incident led to social media posts claiming the men were members of the Tren de Aragua gang from Venezuela, but so far no evidence supports that.CLICK HERE TO GET THE FOX NEWS APP »There is no evidence at this time to indicate that Hernandez-Hernandez is a member of the Tren de Aragua gang from Venezuela, » the Dallas Police Department wrote in a response. « This remains an active investigation. »Tren de Aragua has been a target of Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who has designated the gang as a foreign terrorist organization.

Illegal immigrants with ‘terrorism ties’ will continue to exploit border, Homeland Security report warns

[ad_1]

Illegal immigrants with « terrorism ties » are expected to exploit the U.S. border as the threat environment remains high, the Department of Homeland Security warned Wednesday. The agency detailed a number of warnings in its annual Homeland Threat Assessment, which is used to inform local, state and federal agencies about public safety and security threats, saying the « terrorism threat environment » over the next year « will remain high. » « Over the next year, we expect some individuals with terrorism ties and some criminal actors will continue their efforts to exploit migration flows and the complex border security environment to enter the United States, » the assessment states. HARRIS HEADS TO SOUTHERN BORDER LOOKING TO FLIP SCRIPT ON IMMIGRATION CRITICISMS « Individuals with potential terrorism connections continue to attempt to enter the Homeland at both the US-Mexico and US-Canada borders and also through the immigration system, » it continued. There were 172 encounters of nationals on the terror watchlist at the border between ports of entry last fiscal year and more than 560 at the ports of entry. The report also laid out concerns about violence in response to the 2024 election cycle, which has already seen assassination attempts on former President Trump’s life, as well as foreign violent extremists carrying out potential attacks in response to ongoing conflicts in the Middle East. Groups like ISIS and al-Qaeda « maintain the enduring intent to conduct or inspire attacks in the Homeland and have leveraged the conflict in the Middle East to reaffirm this intent, » the report said. « Among state actors, we expect Iran to remain the primary sponsor of terrorism and continue its efforts to advance plots against individuals—including current and former US officials—in the United States, » the assessment warned. TOP HOUSE COMMITTEE SHREDS BIDEN-HARRIS ADMIN ON BORDER CRISIS IN NEW REPORT: ‘ASSAULT ON THE RULE OF LAW’ In addition to Iran, China and Russia have increasingly used artificial intelligence to create « more believable » text, video and audio to reach American audiences while hiding their origins, the report said. The terror watchlist, called the Terrorist Screening Dataset, includes known or suspected terrorists, as well as additional individuals believed to pose a potential threat to the U.S. — including affiliates of individuals on the watchlist.Despite migrant encounters dipping slightly, they are still arriving in high numbers, « complicating border and immigration security, » according to the threat assessment. « Migrant encounters along the US-Canada border continue to increase, with over 181,000 migrant encounters in FY 2024 through August, compared to about 170,000 encounters at the same time in FY 2023, » the report said. « In contrast to the US-Mexico border, many watchlist encounters along the US-Canada border occur at ports of entry, and the vast majority of these individuals have legal status in Canada. »Encounters with migrants from Eastern Hemisphere countries, including China, India, Russia, and western African nations, decreased slightly in FY 2024 from about 10% to 9% of overall encounters, but remain a higher proportion of encounters than before FY 2023, the report said.

Diddy party photog who reportedly broke 1999 Jennifer Lopez romance says nude bashes included warning for kids

[ad_1]

For years, Sean « Diddy » Combs has been known to throw some of the most extravagant bashes. From the infamous white parties held at his homes in the Hamptons, Los Angeles and Miami to smaller gatherings on a yacht in St. Tropez, the fallen music mogul quickly gained global recognition in the late 1990s and early 2000s for his lavish, celebrity-packed get-togethers that often featured an excess of alcohol, drugs and nudity. Since his arrest on multiple sex trafficking charges last month, more and more details are emerging about what actually happened during those parties. In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, celebrity photographer Selma Fonseca, who attended « 20 to 30 » Diddy parties throughout her career and reportedly broke the news of his romance with Jennifer Lopez in 1999, opened up about what she witnessed firsthand, including a warning to children who were in attendance and a « nerve-wracking » moment she never saw coming.WATCH ON FOX NATION: WHAT DIDDY DO? »I mean, all his parties were incredible: the best food, the best music, drinks, entertainers, people with fire, » Fonseca said of the parties, which were often attended by celebrities such as Ashton Kutcher, Lopez, Paris Hilton, Mariah Carey, Usher, Jay-Z and more; none of whom have been implicated in Diddy’s criminal case. »It was like a mini-circus, » she added. « LeBron James said, ‘There’s no party, like a Diddy party.’ There was a lot of champagne going around and everything else. You could have whatever you wanted. »Fonseca first met Diddy at his birthday bash in 1998. One year later, Diddy invited Fonseca to his white party at his home in the Hamptons. SEAN ‘DIDDY’ COMBS ARRESTED FOLLOWING RAIDS, HUMAN TRAFFICKING INVESTIGATION »He had just bought that house in the Hamptons, and he had the white party where I was able to photograph him and J-Lo on the balcony kissing each other, » she recalled. « And I broke the news that they were dating because there were rumors they were dating, but nobody had proof. »LIKE WHAT YOU’RE READING? CLICK HERE FOR MORE ENTERTAINMENT NEWSDIDDY SEX TRAFFICKING PROBE BRINGS UNWANTED SCRUTINY TO STARS: ‘SILENCE IS THE BEST OPTION,’ EXPERT SAYSAs a photographer, Fonseca, who has published two books that highlight her career as a celebrity photojournalist, had a firsthand account of how a typical Diddy party unfolded from beginning to end. « He would walk around, say hello to everyone, you know what I mean? He was always out and about and doing something, talking on the mic and at the DJ booth, » she recalled. »There was no VIP area that was closed off, » she said. « It was like everybody was a VIP in East Hampton. He had some people go inside the living room, and he also had the bedroom upstairs on the balcony. So, people would go inside, but not everybody was allowed inside. »Fonseca, who said she « never went inside » because she was « never invited, » said she wasn’t entirely sure what went on inside at the time.TMZ PRESENTS: THE DOWNFALL OF DIDDY »I never saw anything out of the ordinary, only that the performers were very sexual and very sexy all the time, » she said. « There were geishas walking around. There were women in very skimpy outfits walking around, dancing on top of pedestals. But that’s like something that he just wanted, just to entertain people. I’ve seen naked people at his parties. » »I don’t know if freak-offs were happening, » she added. « But anywhere there are rich and famous people, there are sex workers around … there are sex workers everywhere. They’re very discreet, » Fonseca alleged. In the indictment presented in court last month, officials alleged that Combs and a number of unnamed associates in the Combs Enterprise used intimidation tactics to « lure female victims into Combs’ orbit, often under the pretense of a romantic relationship. »CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT NEWSLETTERHe would then use « force, threats of force, and coercion, to cause victims to engage in extended sex acts with male commercial sex workers that COMBS referred to as, among other things, ‘Freak Offs,' » according to the indictment.FOX NATION SPECIAL EXPLORES SEAN ‘DIDDY’ COMBS INVESTIGATION, RAIDS »Freak Offs » were « elaborate produced sex performances that Combs arranged, directed, masturbated during, and often electronically recorded. »While Fonseca said she didn’t witness the alleged « freak-offs, » she said it wasn’t uncommon for women to be walking around naked. »As people were drinking, it got a little crazier, » she continued. « Sometimes people took their clothes off and [would] go in the swimming pool. That was kind of normal. »Fonseca recalled Diddy being a very hands-on host, making sure his guests were provided with drinks at any given moment. »He always had this tray, and he offered shots to everyone, » she said. « Ecstasy was really in fashion at that time, » she added. « So, it’s like if you take a drink or take a pill, how is anybody going to know? »Most of the time, Diddy’s parties would start off innocent with children of various celebrities often in attendance. But when the parents were told to put their children down, « [T]hings were going to get crazy, » said Fonseca. In a video obtained by Fox News Digital, Diddy can be heard advising parents to « put the kids away » so that everyone else can get their « groove on. »WATCH: Diddy warns parents to ‘put the kids away’ at his infamous white party »We fed ya’ll, gave ya’ll some drinks. Now it’s time to enjoy life, » Diddy said. « This is a celebration of life. This is the legendary white party. And to all the kids, the kids have an hour left. Get extra comfortable kids, because after that, ya’ll got to go. It’s a wrap for ya’ll. Because this thing turns into something that when ya’ll get older, ya’ll are going to want to come to. Let’s start to get our groove on and in an hour we’ll put the kids away. »While Fonseca said she never felt « unsafe, » she experienced a « nerve-wracking » moment in 2006 at one of Diddy’s parties. »Diddy was in a VIP area, and I saw there was a girl next to him that I had never seen before, » she said. « I took pictures of him with the girl, and he told his bodyguard, ‘Go get her camera.’ The bodyguard came and said, ‘Let me see the pictures,' » Fonseca alleged. »Diddy looked at the pictures, and I’m waiting, and he’s pouring shots, having fun. He did eventually give me my camera back. » Fonseca noted that Diddy did not delete any photos. »He never asked me for my camera, » she added. « I had been photographing the man for 20 years. It was scary, but he knew better. »When Diddy’s L.A. and Miami homes were first raided this year in relation to a federal human trafficking investigation, Fonseca said she wasn’t sure what to think. »I wasn’t really surprised, but I was surprised at the same time because I’ve never seen anything, » she said. « I’ve been around this guy so many times backstage at the award ceremonies, I mean all the time. I used to see him probably once a month or more. »Diddy was arrested and charged with racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution. He faces a minimum of 15 years behind bars and a maximum sentence of life in prison if found guilty.Combs appeared in Manhattan federal court where he pleaded not guilty. Not only was Combs denied the proposed $50 million bail, he was sent to jail immediately after the hearing.Prior to the U.S. attorney’s press conference in September, Combs’ attorney said they planned to fight for the rapper to be released. »His spirits are good. He’s confident, » Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, said outside the courthouse on Sept. 17. « He is dealing with this head-on, the way he’s dealt with every challenge in his life. And he’s not guilty. He’s innocent of these charges. He’s going to plead not guilty, obviously. He’s going to fight this with all of his energy and all of his might and the full confidence of his lawyers. And I expect a long battle with a good result for Mr. Combs. »I’m going to fight like hell to get him released, and he should be released, » Agnifilo added, « with all that he’s done and coming here voluntarily. »In TMZ’s documentary, « Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment, » Agnifilo said Diddy is « very eager » to speak the truth. »I don’t know that I can keep him off the stand, » Agnifilo said in the documentary. « I think he is very eager to tell his story. And I think he will tell every part of the story, including what you see on the video. So, I expect it’s going to be explained by the both of us. »Fox News Digital’s Lauryn Overhultz and Tracy Wright contributed to this post.

Missouri coach Eli Drinkwitz revokes football staffer’s access due to brother playing for upcoming opponent

[ad_1]

Undefeated Missouri will travel to Kyle Field this weekend for what is expected to be a tough road test when they take on No. 25 Texas A&M. As Missouri continues to prepare for the Southeastern Conference tilt, coach Eli Drinkwitz made a somewhat unexpected move this week by informing one of the team’s staffers that they would be barred from attending practice.Drinkwitz said Briah Reed, Missouri’s assistant director of on-campus recruiting, is « not allowed at practice this week. » The coach cited the presence of Briah’s brother, Marcel Reed, on the Aggies’ roster.CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COMReed, a freshman quarterback, could start for Texas A&M on Oct. 6.Aggies coach Mike Elko said Conner Weigman is considered a « game-time decision. » Weigman was the starting quarterback in the Aggies season opening loss to Notre Dame, but exited a Week 2 game due to a shoulder injury.Reed has thrown a pass in four of the Aggies’ five games this season, starting in each of the past three contests. Drinkwitz said the coaching staff is gearing its gameplan around Reed this week, regardless of Weigman’s status.AP TOP 25: ALABAMA RETURNS TO NO. 1; OLE MISS, UTAH SLIDE AFTER WEEK 6″At this point, I know on their depth chart, it says the other kid is the starting quarterback, » Drinkwitz said. »But that’s just semantics in my opinion. [Reed] is 3-0 as the starter. Whether he’s listed as questionable or whatever, I don’t see them going back. They’re 3-0, they clearly have a different offensive identity with [Reed] as quarterback, and they’ve developed an offense that fits around his system. It’s a lot different than the first game of the year. If they go with the other one, they go with the other one. But they’ve kind of already built the offense towards Marcel. »On Wednesday, Drinkwitz doubled down on his stance on Briah’s week-long practice ban, saying he « wasn’t joking. » Drinkwitz made the comments during an SEC coaches teleconference.Drinkwitz also acknowledged that the brother-sister relationship created an « interesting dynamic. » »It’s created an interesting dynamic, » Drinkwitz said. « At the end of the day, that’s her brother and that’s her blood, and we know that she’s doing her job here. But family is always so important, and so we don’t want her to be in any type of conflict of interest. In fact, I just saw her in the hallway just a second ago. But I’m not letting her in the copy room and she’s sure not going to have her eyes on the scouting report. »Drinkwitz also said that prior to Week 3, he was unaware that Briah had a family member who played for Texas A&M. Marcel threw two touchdowns during the Aggies 33-20 victory over the Florida Gators that week. Drinkwitz is in the midst of his fifth season as the head coach at Missouri. 74 days: Kamala Harris has yet to do formal press conference since emerging as Democratic nominee

[ad_1]

Vice President Kamala Harris has gone 74 days as the presumptive, and now, official Democratic nominee for president without holding an official press conference. Trump held his third news conference since the beginning of August last month in California, taking the opportunity to roast his opponent’s home state and hold forth on a number of topics, including crime, immigration and inflation.BERNIE SANDERS SAYS HARRIS DROPPING FAR-LEFT POLICIES ‘IN ORDER TO WIN THE ELECTION’Harris has stepped up her interviews in recent weeks, including doing radio hits and a solo sit-down with a Philadelphia TV station. She also spoke to MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle and she made time to hang out with supporter Oprah Winfrey last month at a star-studded campaign event. But as for when she’ll actually do a formal press conference as a candidate, that day may never come, at least while she’s still a candidate.Conservative Radio Libre host Jorge Bonilla feels Harris should do a press conference but said it’s almost « irrelevant » because she continues to get a pass. HARRIS DODGES QUESTION ON LOWERING PRICES BY DESCRIBING ‘MIDDLE-CLASS’ ROOTS: NEIGHBORS ‘PROUD OF THEIR LAWN’ »She is highly unlikely to do a press conference because the media have enabled and encouraged her ‘plexiglass basement’ strategy, wherein she preserves the illusion of being out there while remaining wholly inaccessible to the press and therefore unaccountable, » Bonilla told Fox News Digital. In her interview in Philadelphia, her answer citing her middle-class upbringing when asked about specifics of her economic policy drew sharp criticism.BARBARA WALTERS WOULD EXPECT KAMALA HARRIS TO DO INTERVIEWS, AUTHOR SAYS: ‘PART OF THE JOB OF BEING PRESIDENT' »You know, I grew up in a neighborhood of folks who were very proud of their lawn, » she said. « And I was raised to believe and to know that all people deserve dignity, and that we as Americans have a beautiful character. You know, we have ambitions and aspirations and dreams, but not everyone necessarily has access to the resources that can help them fuel those dreams and ambitions. « So when I talk about building an opportunity economy, it is very much with the mind of investing in the ambitions and aspirations and the incredible work ethic of the American people and creating opportunity for people, for example, to start a small business. »Fox News Digital’s Paul Steinhauser contributed to this report.
