California man accused of throwing bomb in courthouse said government took his firearms away: DOJ

The man who allegedly threw a bomb inside a California courthouse this week, injuring five people, said he was upset about his firearms being taken away, authorities said. Nathaniel James McGuire, 20, of Santa Maria, is charged with maliciously damaging a building by means of an explosive, the Justice Department said Friday. He was expected to appear in a Los Angeles federal court Friday.  VIDEO CAPTURES LOS ANGELES HIT-AND-RUN THAT ‘SEVERELY INJURED’ A 63-YEAR-OLD WOMAN »This defendant will now face justice in federal court for his alleged attack that injured at least five people and struck fear across a county courthouse and an entire community, » said U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland.McGuire entered the lobby of a Santa Maria courthouse Wednesday, and threw a bag with a bomb, which exploded, federal prosecutors said. After the blast, he fled on foot. Five people were injured. McGuire was arrested a short time later while trying to get into a Ford Mustang parked outside the building, authorities said. He allegedly yelled that the « government had taken his guns and that everyone needed to fight, rise up, and rebel, » the Justice Department said. Police say McGuire’s motive stemmed from a previous arrest for having an unregistered firearm. Mark Cuban spars with Riley Gaines over Harris’ handling of the border crisis

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban used his X platform Friday to respond to 24-year-old former college swimmer and conservative activist Riley Gaines over criticisms of Vice President Kamala Harris’ handling of the southern border. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) released data to lawmakers Friday revealing that tens of thousands of illegal immigrants with sex offenses and homicide convictions have crossed the border into the U.S. under the Biden-Harris administration. These include 13,099 convicted of homicide and 15,811 of sexual assault. Cuban, who has been a staunch advocate for Harris, Joe Biden in 2020 and Hillary Clinton in 2016, has defended the VP’s record on the border. Cuban even said he thinks the actions she has taken to reduce the flow of illegal migrants across the southern border « have actually worked » in a recent CNBC interview.CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COMGaines called out Cuban for his praise of the vice president in a post on X Friday. « We might have different standards for what qualifies as a ‘good job,’ but I don’t think the illegal entrance of 15,000+ rapists, 13,000+ murderers, and 320,000 missing children fits the bill, » Gaines, the host of OutKick’s « Gaines for Girls » podcast wrote. Gaines’ reference to the 320,000 missing children is from another report from the Department of Homeland Security released Aug. 21 that revealed the Biden-Harris administration has lost track of that number of migrant children who crossed the border without parents. Cuban responded to Gaines in his own X post just 90 minutes later. Cuban admitted the current administration « waited too long to fix the border. » But he then criticized Trump for his promise to carry out the largest mass deportation in American history if elected. « I have said many times they waited too long to fix the border. The good news is that the latest crossing numbers are lower than Jan 21 and staying near 1,500 a day, » Cuban wrote, along with screenshots of two articles covering a statistical reduction in illegal border crossings. « And the VP has been clear she will sign the bi-partisan border bill. It’s a fair argument to criticize them for waiting too long. But you also have to acknowledge that they are now having success. Which leads to the question of deportations. The Republican nominee says he is going to deport the 21 million people here illegally. He hasn’t said how he will do it. » TRUMP’S MEAL FOR ALABAMA-GEORGIA FOOTBALL GAME INCLUDES NEARLY 800 CALORIES FROM MCDONALD’S ALONECuban referenced a border bill that Senate Democrats failed to pass through Congress in May when all but one Republican senator, along with six Democrats, voted to block it. Democrats argued the bill was intended to reduce border crossings, raise the standard for migrants to qualify for asylum and empower officials to rapidly send away those who fail to meet that standard. It would give the president power to shut down the border if migration levels exceed certain thresholds. But concerns about the bill were raised with earlier drafts having the border provisions attached to funding for Ukraine and Israel. Gaines responded to Cuban’s defense of his praise for Harris in another X post Friday evening, discrediting the statistics Cuban offered and slamming the border bill. »They’re flying in illegal immigrants and dropping them into the heartland of America, often in places we don’t even know about, » Gaines wrote. « The bi-partisan border bill is a Trojan horse. The first time it was voted on it included funding for Ukraine. She campaigns on securing the border acknowledging (indirectly) the problems that have been created under the Biden Harris Admin. she’s been in the White House for 3.5 years. Why not take action now? » Gaines also called out Cuban for not addressing the 320,000 missing children statistic she mentioned in her first post. Cuban had not responded to Gaines again at the time of publication. Cuban’s defense of Harris and Democrats has ramped up in recent weeks. He has done several interviews endorsing the VP in the upcoming election, making statements that have raised eyebrows from conservative voters. Cuban has suggested Trump is « a socialist » and even said he believes the mainstream media « leans right » in a recent CNBC interview.  Earlier this year, when Biden was still the presumptive Democratic nominee, Cuban went so far as to say he would vote for Biden over Trump even if Biden was « being given his last rites. » »If they were having his last wake, and it was him versus Trump, and he was being given last rites, I would still vote for Joe Biden, » Cuban told Bloomberg News in March.However, Cuban has also said he supported Trump at the outset of his first candidacy in 2015. « In 2015, I was like, ‘He’s great. He’s not a typical Stepford candidate. I thought that was a positive, » Cuban told Vivek Ramaswamy in an interview on X Aug. 7.Gaines has been an advocate for Trump in this election cycle. Gaines even spoke at one of Trump’s rallies in Glendale, Arizona, Aug. 23. There, Gaines made a speech in which she claimed she was voting for Trump « because I’m a woman. » « They don’t believe in school choice; they don’t believe in parental rights or the safeguarding of children; they don’t believe in freedom unless it’s the freedom to have an abortion or chemically and surgically castrate children, » she said. « You have one ticket that knows what a woman is and has vowed to take decisive action at protecting our sex-based rights, compared to the other ticket that thinks men can become pregnant, and that tampons belong in boys’ bathrooms. »Harris will make a rare visit to the southern border in Arizona as she seeks to blunt criticism from former President Trump on the matter and renews her call for the bipartisan border bill. Conservatives were not swayed by the visit. »Border Czar Kamala Harris has had nearly four years to protect America and failed, » RJ Hauman, president of the National Immigration Center for Enforcement (NICE), told Fox News Digital in response to the data. « She is allowing tens of thousands of murderers and rapists to roam free. Benghazi ‘mastermind’ resentenced to 28 years in prison for attack that killed 4 Americans

The mastermind and militia leader behind the 2012 deadly attack on a U.S. consulate in the Libyan city of Benghazi was resentenced Thursday to 28 years in prison. The sentence handed down to Ahmed Abu Khatallah, 53, came despite requests from federal prosecutors that he be sentenced to 60 years in prison. Arizona college student stabbed twice in random classroom attack

An Arizona State University student allegedly stabbed her peer twice in a classroom in Glendale on Sept. 19 in a seemingly random attack.Maricopa County authorities charged Kaci Lenise-Charlie Sloan, 19, with first-degree attempted murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct with a weapon in connection with the attack against student Mara Daffron.Daffron’s neighbors created a GoFundMe for Daffron, saying she was « stabbed several times, but luckily, she is making great progress and is on the mend. » »We’d like our community to come together and support the Daffron family during this difficult time. Kaci Sloan was immediately detained and arrested on suspicion of first-degree attempted murder; aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; interfering with an educational institution; and disorderly conduct. She is being held on a $250,000 cash only bond, » an ASU spokesperson told Fox News Digital in a statement.  « ASU and the entire ASU West Valley community are deeply saddened by what happened. ASU West Valley is a close-knit campus of students, faculty and staff. Counseling support is available to all. »Sloan has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Monday in Maicopa County.

Investigator reveals China tried to smuggle drones to Libya disguised as COVID aid

China attempted to send $1 billion worth of drones disguised as COVID-19 aid to a Libyan warlord through the assistance of corrupt U.N. officials, according to a Canadian government investigator. New court documents accuse Chinese state officials of conspiring to hide the $1 billion deal to offer 42 drones to Libyan General Khalifa Haftar through U.N. officials, who would mark the arms shipments as COVID-19 aid. Through FBI intercepts, Canada’s Royal Mounted Police found alleged plots to sell Libyan oil to China and to buy drones from 2018 to 2021. « The Chinese government seems to have approved a strategy to aid Libya in the procurement and delivery of military equipment through designated and approved companies to obscure the direct involvement of government agencies, » the investigator stated.Two Libyan nationals working in Canada at the International Civil Aviation Organization, a U.N. agency, were charged with conspiracy for the scheme in April. A preliminary hearing is expected in the spring.  REPUBLICANS PROPOSE BILL THAT WOULD DOUBLE TARIFFS ON CHINESE IMPORTS The accusations, first reported by Defense News, are part of documents submitted in court in Montreal to obtain warrants to access the phones of the men involved. « This scheme appears to be a deliberate attempt to circumvent U.N. sanctions that were in effect at the time, » the report said. Haftar, who received the drones, is a Russia-backed strongman who controls eastern Libya. He unsuccessfully tried to seize control of western Libya in 2020. The aim of the drones’ shipment was « ‘using war to end war quickly’ without attracting the attention of the international community, » said the investigator, adding « the fight against the Coronavirus » was used as cover. 95 LIBYAN NATIONALS ARRESTED AT SUSPECTED SOUTH AFRICAN MILITARY TRAINING CAMP One of the Libyan nationals involved in the scheme – Fathi Ben Ahmed Mhaouek – was arrested while the other, Mahmud Mohamed Elsuwaye Sayeh, is still at large. The court documents also accuse a U.S. citizen, who has not been charged, of involvement. »My client will plead not guilty – he denies all wrongdoing, » said Mhaouek’s lawyer in Canada, Andrew Barbacki.Investigators uncovered a May 2020 message from Sayeh to an official at the Chinese ministry of foreign affairs requesting a meeting in Egypt between the Chinese ambassador and a Libyan military official close to Haftar, Major General Aoun Al-Ferjani.In the messages, the drones are « clearly described with weaponry, attack and lethal strike capabilities. »Investigators are unsure if the deal went through or if talks failed. Italian authorities in July said they seized Chinese military drones that were headed for Benghazi, Libya, in violation of a U.N. embargo.

ERO Boston will continue to apprehend and remove the most egregious noncitizen offenders from New England. »ERO Boston noted that it requested ICE detainers for Neto on three occasions. After issuing the first detainer, Neto was sentenced to prison but released early, and he went on to allegedly commit more crimes against a child just months later.On Sept. 16, ERO Boston announced the Sept. 10 arrest of 28-year-old Salvadoran illegal immigrant Bryan Daniel Aldana-Arevalo, who is charged with one count of rape of a child with a 10-year age difference and two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14. It is unclear when and where Aldana-Arevalo entered the United States. »Bryan Daniel Aldana-Arevalo stands accused of some detestable and disturbing crimes against a Nantucket child, » Lyons said at the time. « He represents a significant danger to the children of our Massachusetts communities. ERO Boston will not tolerate such a threat to the most vulnerable of our population. »ERO Boston officials also arrested Salvadoran national Elmer Sola on Sept. 10, the agency announced on Friday. He then left the United States in 2021 and returned illegally at an unknown time, officials said. »Gean Do Amaral Belafronte unlawfully entered the United States, made his way to Nantucket, and allegedly sexually assaulted one of our residents, » Lyons said in a statement. « We have been consistent in our promise to prioritize public safety by arresting and removing egregious noncitizen offenders. This is not a hollow expression; it is a sincere promise to the residents of our New England communities. »OVER 100 STUDENTS WITHOUT BUS SERVICE AS MASSACHUSETTS FUNDS BUSES FOR MIGRANTSERO Boston on Tuesday announced a second arrest that occurred on Sept. 11. Felix Alberto Perez-Gomez, a 41-year-old illegal immigrant from Guatemala, was charged with a sex crime against a Nantucket resident. He was arraigned on Aug. 19 for indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years or older and arrested on Sept. 11. »Felix Alberto Perez-Gomez was previously removed from the United States following convictions for reckless driving and reckless endangerment, » Lyons said. « He then unlawfully reentered the country and made his way to our Nantucket community to apparently commit a sex crime against a resident here. Perez represents a threat to our New England residents that we cannot tolerate. »Gomez was previously arrested in 2011 for reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was sentenced to one year of probation, and the Justice Department ordered his removal from the United States back to Guatemala. Thune was the previous record-holder, with a prior $2 million transfer. According to the source, the minority whip’s lifetime transfers to the GOP campaign arm now exceed $9 million. The leader hopeful has been the most active senator with the NRSC this cycle, second only to NRSC Chairman Steve Daines, R-Mont.At a recent fundraiser with former president Trump’s campaign in Washington, D.C., Thune brought in $2 million, which was half of the night’s entire fundraising haul, a source familiar with the matter revealed. The source also detailed that the minority whip has so far headlined or is scheduled to headline nearly 200 events this cycle for either Republican candidates and the NRSC. Thune has been on the road the most out of the leader candidates ahead of the election, doing a similar battleground blitz during the Senate’s August recess. Giants’ woes continue as star rookie Malik Nabers suffers concussion in loss to Cowboys

But he put it right where he needed to put it on a scramble. It was close, a game of inches. » COWBOYS MAINTAIN DOMINANCE OVER GIANTS AFTER INTERCEPTING LAST-SECOND HAIL MARYDaboll said Nabers was « with the doctors, » but he planned to check in after. Nabers posted an update on social media early Friday morning saying he was « all good. » Nabers had 12 catches for 115 yards, his second straight game of 10-plus catches for at least 100 yards. New York Mayor Eric Adams arrived Friday at federal court in Manhattan to surrender to authorities after federal prosecutors announced a five-count indictment on fraud, bribery and corruption charges.The FBI seized Adams’ phone on Thursday before the charges were made public, according to his attorney, but he was not immediately taken into custody. The mayor, 64, is accused of soliciting illegal campaign donations from foreign entities and falsifying paper trails to cover it up, according to a 57-page indictment unsealed Thursday. As part of the plot, he allegedly defrauded taxpayers for $10 million over the past decade and frequently took free or steeply discounted vacations bankrolled by his foreign benefactors.FEDS SEIZE ERIC ADAMS’ PHONE AFTER NYC MAYOR’S INDICTMENTAdams countered with a video statement saying any charges filed against him would be « entirely false, based on lies, » and insinuated that his criticism of the Biden administration’s disastrous border policies made him a target for retaliation. »The federal government did nothing as its broken immigration policies overloaded our shelter system with no relief, » he said in a video statement. « I put the people of New York before party and politics. »Investigators denied the claim that the case was political retaliation during a Thursday news briefing.Later, Adams held a news briefing alongside prominent supporters who asked for the public to allow due process to play out. Democrats skip testimony from GOP lawmakers with sniper experience at Trump assassination attempt hearing

Democratic lawmakers on the House task force investigating the attempted assassinations of former President Donald Trump skipped the final portion of the panel’s first hearing Thursday, which featured the two Republicans who have been conducting their own « parallel » investigation into the shooting.Reps. Eli Crane, R-Ariz., and Cory Mills, R-Fla., two Republicans and both military veterans, took part in the second portion of the hearing, but the Democratic minority fumed behind the scenes that their leadership was not informed of their testimony until late Wednesday afternoon, Fox News sources said. Some Democratic lawmakers were not informed until Thursday morning, however.The move was seen as the first bipartisan split in what has been a united effort to investigate the incident thus far. SECRET SERVICE BOSS SAYS VITAL INFO NOT RELAYED OVER RADIO, DELAYING RESPONSE TO WOULD-BE RALLY ASSASSIN »We did not receive notice of the second panel until late yesterday. We didn’t have an opportunity to present our own witnesses, » Crow said when asked about Mills and Crane. « [Task Force Chairman Mike Kelly, R-Pa.] and I are still very committed to having this be bipartisan, consensus-based, and it’s my hope that we can return to that … approach going forward. »Kelly similarly told reporters that this would not impede the task force’s bipartisan mission and said that he invited Mills and Crane to testify because of their expertise, welcoming their assessment of the security perimeter for the rally. He brushed off Democrats’ absence during their portion of the hearing, suggesting that some members may have had flights out of Washington, D.C., per KTLA. »If you want to participate, you can participate. If you decide not to, you can make that decision too, » Kelly said of the members. Rep. Jason Crow, D-Colo., the ranking Democrat on the panel, said lawmakers were frustrated, but he made clear that it was not aimed at Thursday’s witnesses. »We did not receive notice of the second panel until late yesterday, » Crow said. « It’s unclear to us what testimony will be provided by these witnesses that relates to today’s hearing. »The first portion of the hearing, the panel heard from a former Secret Service agent, as well as local and state law enforcement officials who were present at the July 13 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where one attendee was killed and Trump himself was shot in the ear. TRUMP SHOOTING: TIMELINE OF ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT RAISES QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW GUNMAN EVADED SECURITYWitnesses and lawmakers repeatedly signaled that a lack of clear communication of security plans from the Secret Service helped lead to a 20-year-old gunman, Thomas Matthew Crooks, being able to open fire on the rally from a rooftop just outside the security perimeter. »In the days leading up to the rally, it was not a single mistake that allowed Crooks to outmaneuver one of our country’s most elite group of security professionals. There were security failures on multiple fronts, » Kelly said. « The communication between the Secret Service and local and state partners was disjointed and unclear, » Crow said. « It was the fault of the Secret Service, because the Secret Service is ultimately responsible for the protection at events like that. They did not do their job. They did not provide the clarity and the guidance to local law enforcement. That was pretty clear to me, » Crow told reporters.One bullet grazed Trump’s right ear, while firefighter Corey Comperatore was fatally struck. Rally-goers James Copenhaver and David Dutch were also shot and injured.One key question has been why there were no law enforcement personnel on top of the AGR building where Crooks eventually climbed up and took his shots, considering that it was so close to the rally stage and afforded a clear line of sight to Trump. »A 10-year-old looking at that satellite image could have seen that the greatest threat posed to the president that day » was the building near the stage, said Rep. Pat Fallon, R-Texas.The panel — comprised of seven Republicans and six Democrats — has spent the last two months analyzing the security failures at the rally, conducting nearly two dozen interviews with law enforcement and receiving more than 2,800 pages of documents from the Secret Service.An interim report released Wednesday from the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, which is also conducting an investigation, said the Secret Service failed to give clear instructions on how state and local officials should cover the building where the gunman eventually took up position. To improve your sleep, do this activity before bed, experts suggest

Restful sleep could be a few squats away.Participating in evening exercise could help promote better rest at night, according to new research published in the journal BMJ Open Sport & Exercise Medicine.In particular, short bouts of resistance or strength training at night — including exercises like squats, calf raises and standing knee raises — were found to have a positive impact on sleep quality and quantity.LACK OF SLEEP POSES CONCERNING RISK FOR KIDS, STUDY FINDSIn the randomized trial, 28 participants each completed one of two four-hour sessions. One consisted of prolonged sitting. He is a foundational figure in the national pantheon and leader of the Massachusetts Bay Colony as it settled Boston. Winthrop’s sensational account of « a great light in the night » was witnessed by a group of « sober, discreet » and « credible persons » over Muddy River in Boston — a trickle of a creek that today wraps around American sports landmark Fenway Park. MEET THE AMERICAN WHO FIRST PLANTED APPLES IN THE COLONIES: WILLIAM BLAXTON, ECCENTRIC SETTLERWinthrop’s leadership of the fledgling Massachusetts colony shaped the destiny of the United States, established more than a century after his death. He has serious street cred in academia, making his spectacular record of unexplained phenomena all the more remarkable. « John Winthrop’s journal has long served as a cornerstone of Massachusetts historical scholarship, » the Massachusetts Historical Society writes in a recent look at the Puritan’s UFO sightings. »He diligently recorded the events of his life, along with the trials and tribulations of the people of the Massachusetts Bay Colony during the first 19 years of its existence. »Winthrop’s incredible tales of aerial phenomena in early America, long unknown, generated sudden interest in recent years, after federal government and military officials admitted that it’s been studying UFOs for decades. Stories of paranormal and unexplained phenomena were effectively mainstreamed for academics and serious analysts. Few Americans were more serious than Winthrop.He was a devout Christian and an industrious nation builder. Despite the hardship of carving a new civilization from the wilderness, and governing a new society, he dutifully kept almost daily records of life in the colony for nearly two decades. One 2005 biography is titled « John Winthrop: America’s Forgotten Founding Father. » »His energies seemed prodigious and inexhaustible, » PBS Frontline said of Winthrop. « Repeatedly elected governor, he was chiefly responsible for maintaining civic and social order. »John Winthrop was born on Jan. 12, 1587 or 1588, in Edwardstone, Suffolk County, England, to Adam and Anne (Browne) Winthrop.Both his parents came from prosperous families, according to various accounts. He began journal-keeping in 1605 while still a teenager, chronicling his growing devotion to Christ. His faith was increasingly at odds with national sentiment after King Charles I, an Anglican sympathetic to Roman Catholicism, gained the throne in 1625.Winthrop departed for the New World in the spring of 1630 aboard the Arbella with an expedition of Puritans to establish the Massachusetts Bay Colony, about 35 miles north of the Plymouth Colony settled by the Pilgrims in 1620. Winthrop issued a message on the ship that has echoed through American history.It’s remembered today as the « city upon a hill » sermon — inspired by several biblical passages and delivered to a daring people fleeing decrepit old Europe to create a New World in service of Christ. »For we must consider that we shall be as a city upon a hill. ALVIN YORKThe phrase « a city upon a hill » has been widely quoted by following generations, most notably by President Ronald Reagan, who cited Winthrop by name in his farewell address. « I’ve spoken of the shining city all my political life, » Reagan said to the nation on Jan. 11, 1989. « In my mind it was a tall, proud city built on rocks stronger than oceans, wind-swept, God-blessed, and teeming with people of all kinds living in harmony and peace … That’s how I saw it, and see it still. »Winthrop was God-fearing, intrepid, faithful, hard-working and diligent — serious in faith and deed. Few people in American history had less time, inclination or motive to devote to fantasy or foolishness.Winthrop’s report of an eerie UFO encounter on a winter night in Boston is sandwiched between perfunctory passages about business dealings with the natives. The subject turned suddenly. « In this year one James Everell, a sober, discreet man, and two others, saw a great light in the night at Muddy River, » Winthrop wrote on March 1, 1639. « When it stood still, it flamed up, and was about three yards square; when it ran it was contracted into the figure of a swine. »Winthrop went on, « It ran swift as an arrow toward Charlton [Charlestown] and up and down about two or three hours. They were come down in their lighter [a small barge] about a mile, and, when it was over, they found themselves carried quite back against the tide to the place they came from. Divers[e] other persons saw the same light, after, about the same place. » »That’s stunning, » UFO researcher Nick Pope told Fox News Digital after hearing the story for the first time. Pope is a former UFO investigator for the U.K. Ministry of Defense and contributor to « Ancient Aliens » on The History Channel. Several sources say ignis fatuus, a spark of swamp gas, is the likely cause of the strange light. ANGELS IN OUR MIDST? Sometimes they shot out flames and sometimes sparkles. » Winthrop never mentioned the events again. His journal was not published until 1825. If you look at modern [UFO] accounts, very often they’re [from] police officers, pilots, military personnel, radar operators. »John Winthrop died of natural causes on March 26, 1649. He was 61 or 62 years old. He’s buried today in King’s Chapel Burying Ground in the heart of downtown Boston. Established in 1630, it’s one of the nation’s oldest cemeteries. Boston to this day comprises the bulk of Suffolk County, Massachusetts — the area still carrying the name of Winthrop’s homeland in England, some 400 years later. The town of Winthrop, next to Boston, juts proudly out into the harbor today. Winthrop Square is a landmark in downtown Boston. Newport News Shipbuilding suspects intentionally faulty welds on multimillion-dollar Naval vessels

Newport News Shipbuilding informed the Department of Justice that there may be intentionally faulty welds on non-critical components located on in-service submarines and aircraft carriers, according to a report by USNI News Thursday.The faulty work was discovered by internal quality assurance systems and early indications show that some of the welding errors were intentional, according to a statement to USNI News. »We recently discovered through internal reporting that the quality of some welds did not meet our high-quality standards. Upon this discovery, we took immediate action to communicate with our customers and regulators, investigate, determine root cause, bound these matters and insert immediate corrective actions to prevent any recurrence of these issues, » the statement reads. It continues: « Newport News Shipbuilding is committed to building the highest-quality aircraft carriers and submarines for the U.S. Navy.
