    PSA Airlines regional jet collided midair with a Sikorsky H-60 helicopter while on approach to Reagan Washington National Airport, aviation agency saysMultiple media including the New York Times, Reuters and CNN are saying the Black Hawk helicopter was carrying three soldiers.
