    Liverpool to introduce £2-a-night ‘tourist tax’ for visitors looking to stay in city

    Liverpool, the UKs 10th biggest city, is set to start charging tourists £2 a night to stay there. It is projected that the charge will raise £9.2million in two years to be spent on improving the area
