Police issue urgent warning after man ‘who poses risk to public’ absconds from mental health unit before being seen travelling through Central London

Vasile Coceban, 36, was reported missing by staff at the Park Royal Centre for Mental Health in Acton Lane, Brent on Wednesday at 10.32am.
