Cyclone à la Réunion : l’état de catastrophe naturelle reconnu dans les 24 communes de l’île

Un décret a été publié ce mercredi 12 mars au «Journal officiel» après le passage du cyclone Garance fin février, qui avait provoqué la mort de cinq personnes et des dégâts matériels très importants.
