Démarchage téléphonique intempestif : l’Assemblée adopte un texte pour instaurer un consentement préalable

Déjà validée au Sénat, la proposition de loi du MoDem visant à enrayer les coups de fil à répétition a fait l’unanimité, ce jeudi 6 mars dans l’hémicycle. Le texte renforce aussi les sanctions encourues pour abus de faiblesse.
