CBS News was the first to report that two people were shot. Deputy Police Commissioner Frank Vanore told the Inquirer that the victims are in stable condition, but it is unknown whether the women knew the shooter and what the argument was about.A police officer at Philadelphia’s 9th district told Fox News Digital that the understanding is “something happened out there,” but did not confirm the shooting.Last year, a shooting erupted at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade in downtown Kansas City.
