Cannabis-smoking father who stabbed daughter, 14, to death during kitchen ‘play fight’ before complaining he ‘must be the unluckiest man in the world’ is jailed

Simon Vickers, 50, who stabbed his 14-year-old daughter Scarlett in the heart while they were play-fighting in their kitchen, has been jailed at Teesside Crown Court.
