India: Modi’s BJP wins Delhi election, Kejriwal loses seat



Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed the gains made by his Hindu nationalist BJP. Arvind Kejriwal, a fierce Modi critic, accepted defeat after his anti-corruption AAP was handily defeated in the race.
