Los estudiantes mexicanos becados del musical ‘Malinche’, del productor Nacho Cano , han presentado una nueva denuncia contra los policías de la comisaría de la calle Leganitos de Madrid por los seguimientos en el proceso de citación como testigos y han solicitado al juez una orden de alejamiento, según han informado los representantes legales de la productora. Los estudiantes ya habían denunciado a los policías el pasado 8 de julio por «coacciones, amenazas, falsedad documental y detención ilegal» , actos que supuestamente se produjeron el 27 de junio cuando se la policía les tomó declaración. Ahora, los abogados de los estudiantes piden al juez una orden de alejamiento contra la policía de esta comisaría para que «no se puedan aproximar ni comunicar» con ellos por el «acoso al que les está sometiendo». El comunicado añade que estos agentes investigaron a los estudiantes durante seis meses «sin informar al juez ni someterse a supervisión de la justicia» y que han mantenido la investigación paralela una vez judicializado el caso. La representación legal de los estudiantes detalla que este seguimientos se evidencia con que la notificación para su declaración cuando iban a embarcar en el puerto de Dénia (Alicante) camino a su fiesta de graduación. Los estudiantes estaban citados a declarar en el Juzgado de Instrucción número 19 de Madrid el pasado 29 de agosto, pero la comparecencia fue suspendida . El mencionado Juzgado abrió el pasado 30 de julio diligencias previas por la presunta comisión de delitos contra los derechos de los ciudadanos extranjeros y delitos contra los derechos de los trabajadores. Según el auto en el que se abren diligencias y al que tuvo acceso Europa Press, el procedimiento se incoa además respecto a Cristina Karmiñe D. De S. y Roxana Gabriela D. De S. a resultas de la denuncia presentada por una bailarina de México seleccionada en ese país, junto con otros 19 participantes en un casting, para formar parte de la compañía ‘La Malinche’. El pasado 9 de julio, el Nacho Cano compareció ante los medios tras conocerse que había sido detenido en el marco de este procedimiento. Entonces, manifestó que su paso por comisaría se debía a su «apoyo» a la presidenta de la Comunidad de Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso. «Se están sacando las cosas de contexto para ir a por mí por la única razón es que apoyo a Ayuso: como ya han ido a por su novio, a por su hermano o a por su padre, el que les queda soy yo», explicó el músico en una rueda de prensa en el despacho de abogados Cremades & Calvo-Sotelo en Madrid . Cano calificó esta actuación de «persecución política» y reiteró que si se va a por él, «se va a por Ayuso». «Hay que llevar la atención a otro sitio que no sea la imputación de la mujer del presidente del Gobierno y como Nacho Cano opina como Ayuso…» , lamentó.
