Le typhon Bebinca, qui a frappé Shanghai lundi matin, est le plus fort à y toucher terre depuis 1949, rapporte la télévision chinoise CCTV. Les vents violents et les pluies torrentielles ont provoqué l’annulation de vols et l’évacuation d’habitants.
