Angola: Critics slam new law to 'ban demonstrations'

Das angolanische Parlament hat ein « Gesetz zum Schutz vor Vandalismus » gebilligt. Bürgerrechtler gehen auf die Barrikaden: Das Gesetz sei verfassungswidrig und setze das Demonstrationsrecht de facto außer Kraft.
