La CPI a rendu public un mandat d’arrêt de 2017 ciblant Iyad Ag Ghali, chef d’une redoutable coalition de groupes djihadistes affiliée à Al-Qaida au Maghreb islamique. Reste à l’attraper, souligne la presse ouest-africaine, qui rappelle que le Dialogue inter-Maliens pour la paix préconise la négociation avec Iyad Ag Ghali.
