Museum wants to raise $3.5M to get Dorothy’s stolen ruby slippers back

The Judy Garland Museum lost a pair of ‘priceless’ ruby slippers worn by its namesake in “The Wizard of Oz.” It’s trying to raise millions to buy them back.
