Mehr als zwei Kriegsjahre lang konnten wehrpflichtige Ukrainer problemlos ihr Heimatland verlassen – sofern sie im Ausland wohnten. Damit ist nun Schluss. Die DW hat mit Betroffenen gesprochen.
