La Fiscalía sostiene que la madre de ambas murió en junio de 2020 y le dejó a la victima un piso en Torrevieja , otro en Leganés y cerca de 188.649 euros. En cuanto a la acusada, recibió en concepto de legítima poco más de 80.700 euros, siempre según las mismas fuentes oficiales. El Ministerio Público mantiene que la procesada «se aprovechó de la situación de vulnerabilidad de su hermana, que en ese momento padecía una adicción al alcohol, para convencerla de que ingresara el dinero de la herencia en una cuenta conjunta y que le otorgara poderes para gestionar una de las viviendas heredadas». De este modo, prosigue la Fiscalía , «la acusada aprovechó que la víctima estaba ingresada en un centro de desintoxicación para disponer del dinero de la cuenta y para vender el piso y quedarse con el dinero». La Fiscalía solicita para la procesada una pena de seis años de cárcel por los presuntos delitos de administración desleal y apropiación indebida, según informa el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Comunidad Valenciana .
